Need Help with DIY 650V Battery for Solar Panels

Hey everyone! I'm in Denmark and looking for some guidance on creating a DIY battery for my solar setup. I have a 25 KW solar array connected to a Growatt hybrid inverter, but it requires a 650V battery. I've come across a lot of DIY examples for 48V batteries, but not much for high voltage like 650V. I'm considering using 203 units of 3.2V, 280AH LiFePO4 cells, which would total around 181.88 KWH. Would this setup work? I'm looking for advice on building it and recommendations for a BMS. All suggestions are greatly appreciated! Just to clarify, I'll have someone experienced handle the assembly once I have a plan in place.

Building a high voltage battery like that isn't really DIY-friendly. You're stepping into the realm of high voltage power electronics, and off-the-shelf BMS solutions might not cut it for safety and performance. It's crucial to ensure that everything complies with safety regulations!

Could I still create a battery pack out of 16 of the 3.2V cells to make a unit of 51.2V, then connect 13 of those in series to achieve 665.6V? Would that work? I'm really trying to find a feasible solution!
