Need Help with Milwaukee MX Fuel Warranty Issues

Asked By SassyWalrus42 On

I've had a frustrating experience with my Milwaukee MX Fuel light towers, which I use to set up goose decoys in the dark. I own five of these lights, but one of them won't deploy at all, regardless of the battery I try. I've done some troubleshooting but no luck. When I contacted Milwaukee for warranty support, they informed me that there's no online service available for this product. My options are to either drive 7 hours to the nearest service center or mail the unit back at my own expense. Given that the light is pretty new and seems to be defective, I find it inconvenient to travel such long distances, especially since there's no FedEx or UPS nearby and Canada Post won't accept large packages. I'm curious if anyone else has faced similar issues with MX Fuel products, and how you handled getting it fixed. Did you take the long drive or find another solution? I'm starting to reconsider my loyalty to Milwaukee if this is the level of customer service they provide.

Have you tried finding a local dealer who might handle warranty claims for you? Mine was really helpful when I had a similar issue—they sent it in without me having to make the drive.

Hey there! If you need warranty assistance, you might want to reach out to the Milwaukee team directly here. They can offer guidance on how to proceed. Just a heads up—sometimes things get a bit tricky without a chat feature, so check their FAQ for alternative contact options.
