Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice about my solar energy setup. I have five 5KW PureDrive batteries, and I charge them overnight using a cheaper Octopus tariff. However, I feel like they're draining too quickly, especially since I have a heat pump that uses a lot of energy. I'm trying to figure out where on the Solis or PureDrive app I can see the total capacity of my batteries, which I believe should be 25KW. Right now, I can only see 5KW. I'm pretty new to this whole system, so any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

It looks like your consumption might be higher than what your batteries can handle. From the screenshot you shared, it indicates you're using about 96kWh per day. With five 5kWh batteries, that's a total of 25kWh capacity. If you're depleting them that quickly, it's possible they may only be partially charged at that point. Given the 20% state of charge (SOC) showing, it seems like your daily usage is outpacing what the batteries can supply. Have you measured your actual household use separately from the heat pump?

Thanks for your input! My daily consumption already includes charging two hybrid cars, which don't use the PureDrive batteries. So for the house alone, it's about 60kWh. The PureDrive batteries usually run out by 10 am. Does that still seem feasible?
