Need Ideas to Fix Small Shower Curtain Issue

Hey everyone, I'm dealing with a frustrating situation with my bathtub shower setup. The small swivel acrylic panel isn't cutting it, and water is splashing everywhere! I'm renting, so I'm looking for a budget-friendly solution to extend the panel. I've tried searching for L-shaped tension curtain rods, but there's hardly any available. Anyone got suggestions? Here's a pic of the setup: https://imgur.com/a/9CbJD8e

Totally get your struggle! Half enclosures can be such a pain. I really think a ceiling mount L-shaped curtain rod would be the way to go—definitely more secure than just a tension rod. If you're worried about landlord approval, maybe explain how the current setup is flawed and could cause water damage if not addressed. They might just let you install something that works better!

Yeah, my landlord's agents are pretty unhelpful. I'll probably just have to go ahead and do it myself, especially since I'm only here for a year.
