I'm on the hunt for a table saw that costs less than $1000, and I'm particularly looking for a 110V model. I think a hybrid saw would fit my space and needs well, but I'm open to other style suggestions too. Ideally, I want a saw with around 36" of rip capacity, and it's important to me that it's easy to adjust and maintain square accuracy after adjustments. I found a Baileigh hybrid model priced at $855, which goes up to nearly $1100 after shipping and taxes. However, I'm unsure about the quality of Baileigh tools since there's not much information available about them. I've also been scouring the used market for a week now, but the options are limited. I've noticed a few older Unisaws that are 110V, but when I factor in the missing parts like fences or riving knives, the cost goes over $1000. There are also plenty of Craftsman saws, but I'm uncertain which models are worth considering. Plus, I've seen some Delta contractor saws. Any thoughts on good used table saw brands or recommendations for new ones?

I haven't used a Baileigh table saw, but I've had my fair share of experiences with their other tools—let's just say it's not great. I'd recommend staying clear of them. It's definitely better to wait and find a quality used contractor or cabinet saw. In my area, you can often snag good deals for $400-500. I picked up an older Unisaw for just $400, and it was a steal!
If your local used market isn't yielding much, the Baileigh deal could be worth it. $855 isn't bad if it meets your needs. Just keep in mind that reviews on Baileigh products are mixed; it could be a gamble but might work out for you!
