Hey everyone! I'm looking for some advice. We have a really tiny bathroom in our old Cape Cod home that we renovated over a year ago, and the only vanity that fits is a 24-inch one. Unfortunately, the wood (which I think is fake) has already warped pretty badly. I'm seriously frustrated! Does anyone have recommendations for a small vanity that won't warp as quickly? Should I just go with a pedestal sink instead?

You might want to check out RTA online retailers. They offer 21 and 24-inch wide vanity cabinets, which could be just what you need! Just look for something like the slim white shaker style.
I faced a similar issue in my upstairs bathroom. We got a white painted 'wood' vanity from Lowe's about three years ago and it's held up pretty well. Good ventilation and ensuring there are no leaks are really key!
Finding sturdy vanities this small can be challenging, usually only at big box stores. If it’s swelling, it might be made from MDF or chipboard, which isn’t as durable. A pedestal sink could be a great alternative, but if you need storage, consider getting a custom one made. Companies like 75 Cabinets offer premade options and custom builds!
It sounds like your vanity might be warping due to water exposure. Have you checked for leaks in the plumbing? Sometimes kids splashing water everywhere can be tough on it, too!

I thought it might be due to leaks as well, but thankfully there’s nothing leaking! Just the kids splashing around when they brush their teeth. It's such a bummer.
