I recently upgraded my fence and picked up some clamps, but I'm running into an issue. The throat of these clamps is only 1.5 inches, and I really need something that offers a depth of about 2 to 2.5 inches. Any recommendations on where I can find a suitable deeper fence clamp?

Check out Rockler.com! I got my deeper clamps there, and they fit perfectly over my SawStop fence. They have a great selection!
If you're open to alternatives, you could use track saw track clamps by making rectangular holes in your setup. I recently added a Bow Fence extension, and it works great with track clamps! You can snag some off-brand track clamps pretty cheaply if you look around.
I found these universal fence clamps on Infinity Tools that might work for you: https://infinitytools.com/products/3-4-1-2-universal-fence-clamp-pair?variant=46847524176161. They look solid for deep setups!

Yeah, I've noticed that a lot of their clamps are very similar in size and shape. It seems like the same manufacturer produces them, just with different branding.
