Hey everyone! I accidentally over fertilized a section of my garden. I was using a liquid fertilizer (10-10-5) that's normally supposed to be mixed at 1 tablespoon per gallon, but my hose applicator was mistakenly set to dispense 8 oz per gallon instead. I didn't realize it until the applicator started gurgling and I ran out of fertilizer! I've been flushing the area with plain water for about 40 minutes now, but I'm worried about whether I've harmed my plants. Is there anything else I can do to help?

Just let it be for a bit! Worst case, you have a fun gardening story to tell later on. It's always a learning experience, right? Good luck, and I hope everything works out for you!
It sounds like you've done a good job flushing it out! I think the flushing will probably be enough to avoid any serious damage. You might see minimal burning, but fingers crossed your plants will bounce back nicely. Keep us posted on how it turns out!
