Over Fertilization Worries: Should I be Concerned?

I just applied some Miracle-Gro Shake 'n Feed to all my plants, both in pots and in my garden bed, and I might have gone a bit overboard! I'm feeling really anxious that I might have over-fertilized them and could be risking their health. Can anyone reassure me that they're going to be okay?
