Packout Vacuum Suction Issues: Anyone Else Having Problems?

Hey everyone! I recently picked up a used Packout vacuum, but I'm really struggling with its suction power. Is it just my unit, or do others find that it barely sucks up a penny? I've even removed the filter to see if that helps, but no luck. The blower function works fine, though.

Also, don’t forget that there’s a high and low setting! ? I was having issues until I found out about it. If you're still having trouble, try disconnecting the hose and checking for clogs. I had a similar vacuum and found that it worked really well after clearing some debris.

My M18 model works great, especially with a fully charged battery. If you're running on a 5.0 battery but only have two bars left, it might be worth waiting until it's fully charged to see if it makes a difference.

Have you checked for any obstructions in the hose? Sometimes if it's not connected properly, that can really kill the suction. The Packout is generally a solid vacuum, so if you’re having this issue, I’d suggest taking it back where you bought it and asking to swap it for another unit. There might be a leak or something else causing the issue.
