I recently got a Grizzly G0899 table saw that's around six months old. I noticed a clicking noise coming from the arbor when I free spin the blade by hand, and it seems to occur at a certain point in the rotation. I tightened the drive pulley, which resolved the noise temporarily, but it returned. It feels like it could be related to the blade lock, although pushing on it doesn't change anything. The saw runs and cuts great overall, but it's definitely not a normal sound. Has anyone experienced something similar?

Glad to help you out! Switching from a job site saw to a real table saw can be a big adjustment. I had a similar experience! My old saw was so noisy that I probably wouldn't have noticed a nuclear explosion either. Once you get more familiar with your Grizzly, you'll really appreciate how quiet it can be compared to those job site models.
It sounds like the set screw on the belt pulley may be the culprit. I'd suggest putting a drop of blue Loctite on it for some added security. The screw tends to come loose, which could explain the rattling noise you're hearing. Blue Loctite is great since it's removable, so you can make adjustments later without hassle. Give that a shot!
