My husband started renovating our home back in 2018, but it still looks like a disaster zone. We're out of money to hire a contractor to finish it, and I can't sell or rent the place in its current state. All of our savings have gone into this project, and I'm considering selling it as-is, but I'm worried I'd have to sell to an investor who might take advantage of the situation. The house is on a 0.5 acre lot and just needs some flooring, painting, a bit of drywall, and hanging light fixtures. The materials are already onsite, it's just the labor that's lacking, and I can't afford the $90+ hourly rate for a contractor. Any advice on what I should do?
