Hey everyone! I have a large property that's piled high with fallen branches, cactuses, and various trees. I'm trying to decide whether to go with a Sawzall or a Hackzall for pruning. What do you think would work best for cutting through all this mess?

If you're dealing with cactuses, I'd recommend using the Hackzall with a pruning blade. It's a solid choice for that. For everything else, a trusty hatchet can really help out for the heavier stuff.

Honestly, for cutting live wood, I find reciprocating saws like the Sawzall can struggle. The M12 Hatchet is a smart buy, especially if you can snag a deal with extra batteries! You’ll thank yourself later.

For smaller branches or shrubs, you might want to consider a quick-lock pole saw with an extension. It makes reaching higher places much easier!
