I've got an EV charger cord that's currently lying on the ground in my garage, which is a bit of a tripping hazard. It's located across the main walkway and needs to be pulled back to the wall each time I plug or unplug it. I'm looking for a way to mount the cable overhead so that I can pull it down to charge and it automatically retracts when I'm done. Ideally, I'm hoping to find something like the retractable cables you see at gas stations or a cord reel. I'm having trouble finding these kinds of products, either because they don't exist or I'm just not using the right search terms. Any suggestions?
