Should I Get the 10″ SKIL Table Saw or the 8 1/4″ Dewalt?

I'm looking to upgrade from my 8.25" RYOBI table saw and I'm considering either the 10" SKIL or the 8.25" Dewalt. Both saws have rack and pinion fences, which is a must for me. They're both priced similarly at about $330 CAD ($235 USD). One concern I have is whether the built-in stand on the SKIL can be removed, as I want to integrate it into my existing workstation.

What’s prompting your upgrade from the Ryobi? Between the two options, I’d personally lean towards the Dewalt, but remember, you’re still getting the same blade size. If the features on the Dewalt are worth it to you, that might be the way to go. I’d suggest saving a bit more and opting for the 10" Dewalt instead if you can swing it.

It's mainly the fence. The Ryobi fence isn't very reliable because it just floats and you have to manually adjust it, which isn’t the best for squaring it to the blade. Plus, it only has one t-track slot right between the blade and the fence, which isn't helpful at all.
