Hey everyone! I recently watered my string of bananas and found some small clover-like plants popping up. It's so cute, but I'm wondering if they could be harmful to my plant. Should I get rid of them or is it okay to leave them be? Just for context, my soil mix is pretty chunky—50% orchid bark, 25% horticultural charcoal, and 25% regular soil. I also use a humidifier for my plants that need it, and I water roughly once a week, or whenever the soil feels dry. Does this help?

I usually leave them alone! My succulents do just fine with a few little neighbors around.

That’s so relatable! I totally get emotional seeing them thrive together! Do you have any tips for keeping succulents and 'string of' varieties alive? I always seem to kill my succulents instantly, but my fussier plants seem to do great!
