I'm a DIY enthusiast and recently got my hands on a DCD777 drill for a great price. While I was shopping for a sander, I found a deal that includes a new drill and a battery with the sander. I'm considering selling one of the drills to make space and money. Which drill should I keep – the DCD777 or the more compact DCD794?

I hate to break it to you, but there are some awesome combos out there that could change your game! Like this one - [link]. But if you’re in Canada, I totally get it. Sounds like you’ve got a solid deal for the drill, sander, and a nice battery at CAD $199. You could sell the extra drill for at least $100, which isn't bad!
The DCD794 is actually newer, more powerful, and smaller, making it a better choice if you're looking for performance. The only reason to sell the 794 would be to get a decent profit since it's a more desirable model. Personally, I'd go ahead and sell the DCD777.
Honestly, I'd suggest keeping both if you can. It's always handy to have a backup, or even a backup for your backup! Just in case something happens, you’ll be glad you did.
