I've noticed that my AC drain line is pouring water directly next to my house's foundation. I understand that some dripping is typical, but I'm worried about whether having it flow that close could lead to issues down the road. Should I do something about this, or is it fine to leave it as it is?

It's a good idea to reroute that drain if you've got the option. The water can be acidic, and while it might not hurt your foundation right now, it's better to play it safe. Just directing it away from your home can help a lot in the long run. Maybe consider using some PVC pipe to move it further away or something similar.
Honestly, I don't think it's a huge deal for your foundation. In fact, directing the water away might actually benefit if the soil near your house gets too dry. Just make sure it doesn’t pool too close, and you should be fine.
If you're worried about it, you can totally channel that drain to move the water away. You don’t need anything fancy; even a basic plastic gutter drain extension would do the trick. Just position it so the water flows away from the foundation to keep things dry and safe.
