Hey everyone! I'm wrapping up my first home renovation project, and I'm about to build and install some kitchen cabinets. I'm stuck deciding whether to paint them myself using a roller or brush, or to spray paint them. My garage will be turned into a painting studio this week, and I'm all-in on this DIY journey. However, I'm also considering the option of hiring someone to paint them beautifully since I'm decent but not great at painting. I want to ensure they look perfect since I've already invested a good amount into these cabinets. I know I'll get a local quote, and I expect that they could spray paint them on-site, regardless of whether they're assembled or not. Time is tight before we move in, so I'm feeling a bit pressure about possibly messing up. Any advice? Thanks!

If you're not keen on showing wood grain, it’s a process: clean, sand, apply grain filler, scrape, wait, sand again, clean, then prime and paint (with multiple coats). I initially attempted to DIY but ultimately decided to hire pros for a polished finish.
