I'm new to gardening and recently planted some tomato, cilantro, zucchini, lettuce, and bean seeds in a raised bed. Now it's day 9, and only two zucchini seeds have poked through the soil. I suspect I might have buried the seeds too deep, around 2 inches. Should I just be patient or is it time to start over?

Yeah, 2 inches is pretty deep for most seeds! It's usually best to follow the planting depth instructions on the seed packets. I recommend trying again by planting some new seeds at the right depth and keeping everything well-watered. Just a heads up, lettuce can bolt and turn bitter if it gets too warm, so consider shading them if you can.
If you feel like you buried the seeds too deep, there's no harm in trying to dig them out, but it might be better to leave them be. They could still sprout if conditions are right. Just try planting some more seeds at the recommended depth and see how they do!
