I recently bought a DeWalt 60V edger and I'm thinking about getting a string trimmer attachment for it. I've heard that there are various brands that make attachments that would fit. I'm curious if there's any advantage to choosing another brand over DeWalt. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Honestly, once you're set on the battery platform, just grab whatever gives you the best bang for your buck. There's no need to stay loyal to DeWalt for the attachments. I have a mix of brands myself. And hey, if you can hold off for a bit, there are usually great deals at the end of the season!
