Hey everyone! I feel a bit unsure about this, but I wanted to ask if it's customary to tip landscapers. We've hired two awesome guys who have been working on our garden for about two weeks now. They've done a fantastic job, and we've made sure to keep the tea and biscuits coming to keep their spirits high! We're paying them over 10k for the whole project, and I can't help but wonder if tipping them at the end would be a nice gesture. If so, would £75 each be reasonable? I'd appreciate any advice on this!

If these guys are running their own business, tipping might not be necessary since they've already included their profit margin in your bill. But if they're part of a bigger company and you feel they've really gone the extra mile, a tip wouldn't hurt, and they'd probably appreciate it! Just keep in mind they might not be expecting it at all.
Generosity is always a good thing! Even though they're getting paid well, a thoughtful tip can go a long way in showing your appreciation. With all the kindness you've shown already by providing drinks and snacks, I'm sure they'll feel grateful. Just follow your gut; there's no rule saying you have to tip.
Honestly, if it's just the two of them, £75 might feel a bit small compared to the total you've spent. You could consider getting them a nice gift, like a food hamper or some bubbles, as a thank you. If they're employed by a larger company, then they might really appreciate a cash tip, but a little gift goes a long way too.
