I'm in the process of replacing the really old blinds in my bedroom. My window measures 101 inches wide, and right now, I have two sets of blinds that fit together with a tiny gap. I'm thinking about switching to a single set of 2" faux wood blinds, but I'm worried it might be too heavy. Has anyone dealt with wide blinds like this? Would one set work, or should I stick to two?

It's important to consider the weight of those blinds. For a 101" window, you might find that one big blind can be pretty hard to handle. In my experience with wide cellular blinds, anything over 84" should usually be done with two separate units on a single head track. That way, they're easier to operate and won't sag.

Thanks for the tip! That helps me know what to look for.
