Should We Create a List of Reliable Plant Sellers?

I'm always a bit wary about purchasing plants online because I've heard stories of scams happening frequently. I was thinking it would be great if we could put together a solid list that everyone can use to find trustworthy sellers. What do you all think?

Creating a list can be tricky because scam shops often just change names once they get too many complaints. Plus, a global list would need constant updates from the community, which might be hard to manage. It's a good idea, but the logistics could be a headache!

You can avoid many scams just by being cautious. If a deal looks too good to be true, it probably is! Always check where the Etsy seller is located and their delivery times to see if they're in your area. Also, look for shops with reviews that have pictures; it helps confirm they're legit. And be wary of shops that mainly sell starter plugs or bare root plants—reputable sellers usually offer well-established plants.

Thanks for the tips! I usually try to check reviews and prices, but I never thought about avoiding plug plants. I'll keep that in mind while organizing the list!
