I recently switched from a standard triangle push saw to a Japanese pull saw, and I'm finding it tough to keep my cuts straight. Does anyone have tips or techniques that could help me improve my cutting accuracy?

From what I've learned, using a Japanese pull saw works best when you employ a two-handed grip. This technique can really assist in making straighter cuts.
These saws are a little more flexible compared to Western-style ones, which can make them go out of square easily. If you can set up a perfect 90° angle with a guide block, resting the flat side of the saw against it will help you establish a clean cut. If you add magnets to the block, that’s even better!
One method I found helpful is to pre-score your cut with a knife and a straight edge before you start sawing. That way, you can cut slowly and stay on track with your line.
