I've been a loyal Dewalt user, but I recently came across the Milwaukee chainsaw and it really caught my eye. It has a sleek design that reminds me of traditional chainsaws, unlike many other battery-operated models that look kind of goofy. I even had the chance to use the Milwaukee one and I liked it much more than my Ego 18". I'd love to hear what you all think about it!

Honestly, I think a 20V battery is a bit underpowered for a chainsaw. I'd recommend going for a Flexvolt or even checking out some of the higher voltage brands. Have you looked into the Stihl AP chainsaw? It's definitely worth a try!
Blasphemy for calling anything less than 40V! But to each their own!
If you're looking for alternatives, check out the Greenworks OCS800. I have a few larger Ego chainsaws, and they're just awesome. But hey, everyone has their brand preferences!
From my experience, the Milwaukee chainsaws are pretty impressive for everyday homeowners. The 620/621 model with a 12" blade and a 9ah battery can tackle most tasks without a hitch. Just a heads-up, though, that battery is pretty powerful—it's been discontinued because it can be a bit much on certain job sites!
I wouldn't call it a real chainsaw if you're just using it for small jobs around the garden. But hey, it gets the job done for some!

Totally! And I recently saw that Makita has a new 40v chainsaw that looks pretty solid too. Brands have really stepped up their game!
