I've started growing horseradish and I'm curious to hear about other people's experiences with it. If anyone has tips or advice, especially around harvesting and propagation, that would be awesome!

I've got mine planted in a raised bed with a 2x12 board to keep it from spreading too much. So far, it seems to be doing the trick! If you're worried about it taking over your garden, that's a solid approach. How big is your current setup?

I've been growing horseradish for about 3 years now. I propagated one root and it's thriving! Just a heads up, don’t harvest too early; usually, you can start harvesting about a year after planting. Don't worry, it’s pretty easy to manage once it’s established. What specifically do you want to know about propagation?
