I'm diving into raspberry cultivation for the first time and I'm planning to build a raised bed to help manage their growth. How deep should I make the soil for them? Additionally, I'd love to hear any other tips or advice you might have to ensure healthy raspberry plants!

Raising your raspberries is a great idea! Just a heads up, a raised bed might not fully contain their spread unless you have some sort of underground barrier. I've been growing them in my yard for over 30 years, and I usually just pull up any runners that start spreading too much. It's a bit of work, but it keeps them in check!
Yeah, I thought it would help contain them, too. I remember having a lot of them growing up and they didn't get out of hand.
