I'm looking for some solid advice on how to ensure my rose plants keep blooming throughout the season. What are the best practices for care, including fertilizing, pruning, and any other tips that might help?

Another great tip is to deadhead down to a fat bud to manage their height by the end of the season. It really helps keep them looking nice! Also, some people use spoiled milk for extra nutrition, though that's a bit unconventional!
Pruning is essential for keeping roses blooming nicely. I prune mine every few weeks. Although I'm in zone 9b, so they tend to grow fairly well even without much effort! If you're in a warmer area, just keep trimming and they'll thrive.
To keep your roses in full bloom, make sure to deadhead them at least twice a week. I also recommend foliar fertilizing every couple of weeks with a bit of added seaweed. Use organic pellets for granular fertilizing every couple of months during the growing season. Don't forget a layer of well-rotted manure as mulch (just steer clear of chicken manure)! And remember to keep the plants moderately watered, plus keep those kangaroos away from your garden! ?
Wow, I love the kangaroo tip! I'll have to watch out for them.

I'm also in zone 9 in South Australia, and I totally agree—my roses are like giants!
