I've been working on making my own cabinet doors for the kitchen. I don't expect them to be perfect, but I'm trying hard! This got me curious about how people make cabinets using plywood. How do you get those pieces perfectly square and flat? I mean, every plywood board I pick up seems a bit warped or uneven. What are the best methods for crafting cabinets with store-bought plywood to ensure they come out square? I'm looking to tackle a vanity for my bathroom too, so any tips would be great!

The key to good cabinets is starting with quality plywood. True Baltic Birch is known for being really flat and square, and there are other types that can work well too. Just be sure to buy good materials to avoid warp and bend issues!

Haha, that’s funny because Baltic Birch was exactly what I was thinking of when I mentioned the flatness issue! I love birch trees too. Maybe I just got some bad luck with my boards. I’ll definitely check it out again! A vanity build sounds awesome, thanks for the tip!
