I've just moved to a new place, and it's surprisingly tough to find stores willing to give me their used coffee grounds, which I know they just throw away. I've contacted several Wawa and Dunkin' locations, but no luck so far. I used to work at a Wawa and had easy access to bags full of grounds. Even Starbucks seems hesitant to share. I'm really in need of those nitrogen-rich grounds for my compost. Any ideas or tips on where I can get some?

You might want to check with your local Starbucks. The location near me has a basket with free bagged used coffee grounds for the taking. Just ask and see if they have something similar!
