Hey everyone! I have pretty severe ADHD and I'm really eager to dive into gardening, both flowers and veggies. However, I find that books can be really overwhelming for me. I learn best from visual resources or simple step-by-step courses, especially if they include videos. I heard there might be some Instagram gardening influencers with courses, but I haven't been able to find any. Does anyone know of any resources or approaches that could help me get started? Thank you!

Gardening is my go-to hyperfixation too! Just start planting according to the directions, you'll find your rhythm as you go. Remember, plants want to thrive – you're on the same team!
I started with strawberries in pots then moved to herbs on my windowsill! Gardening is totally about experimenting and learning from what goes wrong. Each season brings new challenges but it's all part of the fun!
Anything with bigger seeds like sunflowers, peas, or beans is great to start with. They're easy to germinate and can boost your confidence!
