I recently got an AC Infinity booster fan for our master bedroom, which tends to be 3-4 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. The room is directly above our garage, which heats up quite a bit due to the flat roof and the sun-facing sliding glass door. I initially set the fan to auto mode to work with the AC, but it hasn't helped as much as I hoped. I'm thinking of keeping it on all the time instead. Has anyone had good results with these fans?

One thing that could really help is setting your AC's blower to run 24/7, even when the AC isn't actually cooling. This keeps the air circulating, which might prevent that hot air from building up in your room. I have a split-level home, and doing this made a noticeable difference in the warmer rooms above our garage during summer.
I leave my fan on speed 3 constantly, and it ramps up to speed 8 when the AC kicks in. This setup has made a big difference in keeping the heat down in my space.
I just keep my booster fan on all the time. It pulls in cool air, even when the AC isn't running. Plus, I actually like the sound of it for sleeping—it definitely helped cool the room for me!

That sounds like a great strategy! How is it noise-wise when it's on the lower speed?
