Hey everyone! I'm super excited about attending the ELK plant conference in Belgium next week as it's my first time at a plant event. I'm getting into the world of succulents and love plants with thick, stick-like stems and small leaves, especially operculicaria. I'm looking for recommendations on must-see vendors and any helpful tips that could make my experience better. I'd really appreciate any stories or advice you might have to help me navigate the event. Thanks a bunch!

Enjoy the conference! Just a heads up, I haven’t been yet either, but I've heard to be ready to spend a lot. It's such a great vibe, just soak it all in!
Definitely arrive early on Saturday around 9:00 am to snag a good parking spot! Bring cash because some vendors might not accept cards. Set a budget for yourself beforehand since some plants can be pricey; I saw identical plants selling for 15 and 80 euros last year! And if you run out of cash, don’t stress—just grab a Brugse Zot and relax on the terrace. I'll be there Saturday afternoon too!
