Trouble with DCST925 Trimmer Head – Any Replacement Suggestions?

I'm a big fan of Dewalt products, but I've run into some issues with their DCST925 trimmer head. Recently, a Dewalt rep tried to demonstrate the quick-load head, but it didn't fit properly. He also had trouble removing the bump cap to load string. Are there any alternative replacement options I might not know about?

You might want to check out the Echo Speedfeed 400 or the Husqvarna T25/T35. They're pretty popular and known for being durable. I've heard good things about how they perform even under heavy use, so they could be a solid option for you!

Just a heads up, don’t those require a straight threaded shaft? I think the DCST925 has a different mounting setup.

Actually, the Echo Speedfeed has an adapter for both angled and straight shafts, so it should work for your trimmer.
