Trouble with My Hunter Ceiling Fan Installation

Hey everyone! So my dad is trying to install a 52" Hunter Bennett ceiling fan at my place, but we're having some trouble getting it to work. He's pretty experienced with this kind of stuff, and even got a Master Electrician friend on FaceTime to double-check the wiring. They confirmed everything looks good. But here's the kicker: the fan and light still won't turn on! There's power at both the light switch and the fan, but since it's managed by a remote, nothing seems to respond. Hunter support suggested the receiver might've been faulty, so they sent a replacement fan, but we're still facing the same issue! Any ideas on what might be going wrong or has anyone dealt with something similar? Thanks a bunch!

You might want to share a picture or video of your wiring setup; it can help in diagnosing the problem further. Sometimes it's just a small detail that can cause the whole issue. Wish you luck!

If the wiring looks solid, there's a chance the remote and receiver just aren’t syncing. Sometimes they can get a little out of whack. Check if the remote needs to be reprogrammed or if there's a reset option for the receiver. Hope that helps!

It might be worth trying to hook up a regular light fixture just to test the power at the fan. Sometimes it helps to rule out the fan itself as the issue. Let me know if you give that a go! Good luck!

My dad just ran to Lowes to grab a basic fixture to try this! Thank you so much for your help.. I'll keep you posted!
