I just got these Red Lithium earbuds, but I'm having an issue: one of them is charged, but the other isn't working at all. Am I out of luck here?

Try giving the earbuds a little tap while they're in the case to make sure the magnetic contacts touch. They usually light up when they start charging correctly. If that doesn't work, then it might be a dud for real.
Honestly, these earbuds aren't known for their quality. Lots of people have had issues with them being unreliable. You might want to consider a different brand next time.
Seriously, why would anyone buy earbuds from a tool company? There are way better options out there.
