Hey everyone, I've found myself in a pretty complicated situation. I got involved with twin sisters, and it seems we've all ended up in an unexpected place. To my surprise, both of them are pregnant with my children, but they've both decided to move far away and not involve me in their lives. I respect their choice, though it does leave me with a lot of questions. Mainly, I'm wondering about the genetics here—if the twins both have the same father, are their babies going to look alike or even identical? What can I expect in terms of how these kids might compare to each other? I'd really appreciate any insights or experiences you all have on this!

You know, the whole double child support thing might be a bigger issue than the kids looking alike! But seriously, I wouldn’t worry too much about how they’ll look. Each child gets a unique mix of chromosomes from both parents, which means they can end up looking quite different even if they share a dad. They could resemble each other more than typical siblings, but identical? Probably not.
