Using the Lifetime Warranty for My Milwaukee Tape Measure

I've got a 16' Milwaukee tape measure that's stopped working, and I'm wondering how to go about using the Lifetime Warranty to get it replaced. Any tips or advice would be appreciated! Thanks!

I had the same issue with my Milwaukee tape measure—it broke as well. Honestly, they’re not super expensive, so I just replaced mine. But if you're looking to warranty it, keep reading!

You can take your broken tape measure to Home Depot. Just grab a new one from the shelf and go to the returns section. Tell them you want to use the warranty on your old tape measure. That's what I did a couple of months ago, and it went smoothly without any hassle!

Heads up, Home Depot changed their warranty process recently. Now you usually have to go through Milwaukee directly for the warranty, which can be kind of a pain. I ended up switching to a Husky 25' tape measure instead. I find it easier to swap out when it breaks since I can just grab a new one right off the shelf without extra steps!

You can still try taking it to Home Depot if you want; they might help you out!
