I'm having trouble with my Victron 100/50 charge controller. It shut down and won't turn back on, even after I tried disconnecting the positive and negative terminals. I also made sure to disconnect the PV first and waited a minute, but it's still unresponsive. Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated!

You should definitely ensure that the PV was disconnected before the battery. Many controllers can be damaged if you disconnect the battery before that. If there's no light at all, it could be a sign of a deeper issue with the controller itself.
Have you tried checking for any voltage from your battery? If the battery is completely dead, the controller might not power on. Sometimes, it helps to jump-start the battery or check if it needs replacing.
I’ve heard that if your charge controller has no signs of life when powered on, it might be permanently damaged. Unfortunately, many models don’t have an on/off switch, making it tricky. If you replaced the battery and still no luck, you might have to look into getting it serviced or replaced.
