I'm using pressure-treated yellow pine because it's budget-friendly, but I've run into an issue: the boards are still damp, making it tough to use Titebond III effectively. Before I scrap everything, I have a few quick questions: 1. Is Liquid Nails or some other adhesive better for wet lumber? 2. If not, what glue or technique can I use when the wood is still wet? 3. I'm currently using brad nails and glue; should I switch to screws or pocket holes if the glue isn't working? I'm hoping to get this finished this weekend while ensuring it lasts outside. Honestly, I suggest using screws for your raised bed. They're going to hold everything together much better than brads, especially since you’re dealing with damp wood.
