I'm on the hunt for alternatives to tweezers for placing SMD capacitors on a PCB, especially in those tight spaces where it's tricky to maneuver. Any suggestions for tools that work well?

You might want to give a vacuum placement tool a shot! They really help with picking up SMD components without slipping. There are also special tweezers known as capacitor tweezers that have concave jaws to grip the parts better. They're pretty useful for this kind of work!
Have you thought about using a hemostat? They can give you a lot of control once you get the hang of it, and there are plenty of sizes and jaw types to choose from. I personally like the 4.5-inch ones with curved jaws for those tighter spots.
If you're looking for a good alternative, consider a vacuum pump. The Pixel pump has some solid reviews and might do the trick for you. Just a heads up, I haven't personally tried it, but it seems to be a popular choice.
Sounds like exactly what I need! I've been looking for those concave tweezers. Do you have any recommendations on where to find them?
