What are some good evergreen options for a privacy bush or tree that can grow 10-15 feet tall?

I'm looking to improve the privacy in my yard by planting some greenery beside my house. There's an area that doesn't look great from the road, and I'd like to cover it up with a bush or tree that will grow tall enough to block the view. Here are the specifics:

- I need the plant to be about 10-12 feet wide and ideally at least 10-15 feet tall.
- It will be planted 6 feet away from my house, so it needs to fit well in that space.
- I'm located in zone 7a and prefer an evergreen type.
- Deer are a common sight in my area, so it would be great if the plant is deer resistant.

Any recommendations would be really appreciated!

Spruce trees are a fantastic pick for privacy hedges! They’re super popular in places like Finland for creating a nice barrier and windbreak. Just keep in mind how big they can get so they fit well in your space!

Do you think 6 feet is far enough from our house to grow one?
