What are some great plants for an east-facing window with a couple hours of morning sun?

I'm looking for plant suggestions for an east-facing window in my home. The spot gets about 2 hours of direct sunlight in the morning from around 8 to 10 AM and then has bright indirect light for the rest of the day. I previously had an iron cross plant there, but it started to droop during the direct sunlight, so I moved it. I'm not really interested in cacti or anything that needs constant direct sunlight. I'm worried about scorching leaves on plants that require medium light. Any recommendations for a good plant that can handle a few hours of morning sun and then bright indirect light afterwards? I was considering a jade plant but would love to hear your thoughts!

You might want to consider some non-cactus succulents like jade plants or haworthias. An Easter cactus could handle the heat from those morning hours too. If you're looking for something flowering, try air plants, orchids, or even an African Violet or Clivia. They can thrive in that kind of light!
