I'm new to gardening and interested in finding plants that need minimal care. Since I'm often away for work and travel, I'd love to hear how others manage their plants and any recommendations for low-maintenance varieties.

If you're looking for super easy plants, I'd recommend the ZZ plant! It's pretty resilient and only needs watering every couple of months. It doesn't require a ton of light either, so it can be a great fit for your space.
Pothos are a fantastic choice! I have some growing in water in various rooms, and they've thrived for years with very little effort. And don’t underestimate Peace Lilies! They can be a bit controversial, but mine do just fine. I wait for them to droop before giving them a good soak, but that’s all the care they need from me!
There are plenty of easy-care options out there! Rubber plants, Aloe Vera, and Spider Plants are all solid choices. If you're sticking with indoor plants, most of them can handle being watered just once a week, or even less for succulents like Jades and Aloes. Outdoors, go for native plants that are suited for your climate—they usually require less maintenance too!
Thanks for the suggestion! I’ll look into native plants for my outdoor space.
You can't go wrong with a Snake Plant! It thrives on neglect and can go weeks without water. Perfect for someone who's often out and about!

Good to know! I might give Pothos a try since I like the idea of having them in water.
