I'm curious to know what houseplants some of you think are overrated. Personally, I just can't wrap my head around the appeal of variegated monsteras. What about you?

Pink princess philodendron? Yikes, I can't stand the way it grows either! It's all over the place, and not in a good way. Really not a fan of its look.
Totally get you on the variegated monsteras! They just seem so overhyped. And honestly, there are so many vining plants out there with no flowering varieties to balance things out. It's like, can we get some blooms, please?
For me, I'm all about big leafy plants! I’d rather have something like an Alocasia or rosetted varieties like African Violets. I just don’t get the appeal of those trailing and bushy plants. Monsteras and the philosophias really aren’t doing it for me!
