I've been trying to keep my plants alive and have only managed to hold onto my Peperomia Hope. I love that it shows me when it needs water by its leaves losing firmness. However, I've struggled with succulents in the past because I can't tell if they're under or overwatered. Are there other plants that signal when they need watering?

I've heard Calatheas are great at showing when they need water; they wilt to signal that they're thirsty. Also, I like to check the topsoil often—if it feels dry, it's time to give them a drink. Misting daily helps too!
Peace Lilies are pretty hardy and will droop when they need water, making it easy to tell. I've also found that Spider Plants show signs of needing a drink by drooping and changing color. Kalanchoes are good indicators too; their leaves get wrinkly and floppy when thirsty. Succulents should show signs of needing water when their leaves start to wrinkle, but I totally get it; they can be tricky!
I swear by my Coffee Plants (Coffea arabica)! They can be quite dramatic—when they're thirsty, they'll droop noticeably, but perk right up just an hour after watering. It's like they have a personality!
