I have a small bathroom with a massive window that occupies about 75% of one wall. The problem is, I can't even open the window when I'm in there because the neighbors have a clear view into the bathroom, and it's pretty uncomfortable with the toilet facing right towards it! I'm really looking for temporary ways to cover the window without any extensive renovations. Any creative ideas?

Have you thought about using spray paint? Rust-Oleum Frosted Glass Spray is a super affordable and easy option. I used it on my garage windows where the curtains needed to be swapped out, and it worked wonders for privacy! You might also want to check out blinds or waterproof curtains since they're simple to install and come in a range of styles.
You could definitely consider using louvred shutters, like what we did in our house. They allow airflow while providing privacy since you can close them, and they're great for when you want the window open. If you replace the window, frosted glass could be an option for more permanent privacy without blocking out light.
