I have an attached garage that's insulated in the walls and attic, but it still gets super hot inside during the summer. The roof is equipped with 5 vents and has proper rafter ventilation, but the real issue seems to be the wooden roll-up garage doors, which have noticeable gaps. I'm looking for tips on how to cool down the garage without installing an AC unit or replacing the doors, as that's a future project. Would improving air circulation help? Any suggestions?

If you have windows in your garage, using a box fan to pull warm air out while letting cooler air in could help lower the temperature a bit. Just make sure it’s set up to create a cross breeze.
Insulation only slows down temperature changes, so if you don’t actively cool the space, it’s still going to heat up eventually. It just takes longer if it’s well-insulated. You might want to consider some active air circulation.
Keeping the garage door slightly ajar could allow for some fresh air to flow in. Just a crack can help maintain a more manageable temperature inside.
