I'm considering a complete replacement of my 6ft wooden privacy fence due to some rot. I have about 352 feet of fencing to install, plus I'm looking to include one gate. Since I'm in the Midwest and have a flat yard, I'm curious about what others have been paying for similar fencing projects around 2024 or 2025. Any insights?

In Northern California, I paid about $50 per foot for a fence with metal posts and some nice features like a kickboard.
Just had mine done in July 2024; it cost about $63-70 per foot for 190 feet. I went with a board-on-board design made from Western Red Cedar, and the installation included several features like gates and durable posts. Also, remember that some parts of my fence had to be drilled through concrete, which added to the cost.
I tackled my own fence, about 200 feet, and spent around $5K on materials and renting tools. If you hire a contractor, expect quotes of at least $20K.
With that amount of footage, you're probably looking at over $10K, especially depending on the type of style you choose and ground conditions for the posts.
I've seen prices around $33 per foot in my area, but it can really vary.

Thanks for the heads up! I figured it would be pricey, but good to get a rough estimate.
